Enrolments & Tours

Enrolment of students from Grade 6 is managed in cooperation with local Primary Schools and follows state-wide procedures. Enrolment application forms are provided by Primary Schools and must be returned to them.

Enquiries concerning enrolment into Years 7-12 should be directed to our Transition and Enrolment Officer, Coral Ward via email at enrol@sthelena.vic.edu.au or phone on 9438 8500.

All Year 6 students are required to apply for Year 7 placement through their Primary School in accordance with the Department of Education and Training policy.

St Helena Secondary College is required to collect Proof of Residence information as part of this process to confirm whether your permanent place of residence is within our College zone, or the distance from your permanent place of residence to our school (as the crow flies) if you reside outside of our zone.

In line with the Department’s School Placement Policy, parents and students will be informed of their Secondary School placement by their Primary School.

For Year 7 applications after this date, follow the ‘All Other Enrolment Applications’ process.
