Our Debating Program offers students an enriching platform to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills. Meeting regularly at school, students engage in thoughtful discussions on a wide range of topics, refining their ability to form structured arguments and express ideas with confidence.
The program provides opportunities to compete in inter-school debating competitions against both government and independent schools. Our students proudly represent the school at these events, demonstrating their dedication, intellect, and passion for debating. Over the years, their hard work has been rewarded with multiple wins at various competitions, solidifying our school’s reputation in the debating community.
Participation in the Debating Program not only enhances academic skills but also fosters personal growth, encouraging students to collaborate, think critically, and develop leadership qualities. Whether experienced or new to debating, all students are welcome to join and grow within a supportive and engaging environment.
